If you're not pleased with your purchase, we'll gladly exchange it or refund the cost of the merchandise. Simply return the item in its original condition and with its original packaging. Also please note that we do not refund or credit the shipping and processing charges. Normal time for return processing is 1–2 billing cycles.
By the nature of the products we sell, there are a few fine details....they are listed below:
a. Merchandise sold in full cartons only (Do Not Break Cartons) can not be returned in less than full cartons.
b. Merchandise must be in original cartons without markings or stickers. Note:If package has been damaged by removal of markings or stickers, it is not saleable.
c. Discontinued items are not saleable; therefore, not returnable.
