Our Guarantee / Returns

We've are in business because we take care of our customers.  We understand that our customers need to feel comfortable about shopping online. That's why your satisfaction is our guarantee.  Yes, we know there are horror stories about online retailers out there, but we treat our customers like they just walked into their neighborhood hardware store.   

If you're not pleased with your purchase, we'll gladly exchange it or refund the cost of the merchandise. Simply return the item in its original condition and with its original packaging. Also please note that we do not refund or credit the shipping and processing charges. Normal time for return processing is 1–2 billing cycles.

By the nature of the products we sell, there are a few fine details....they are listed below:

Completely saleable:

a. Merchandise sold in full cartons only (Do Not Break Cartons) can not be returned in less than full cartons.

b. Merchandise must be in original cartons without markings or stickers. Note:If package has been damaged by removal of markings or stickers, it is not saleable.

c. Discontinued items are not saleable; therefore, not returnable.

So, how do you start the Return Process?

All exchanges are handled as returns.  Please see above on how to initiate the return process and then you can place a NEW order for the items you need.
